Can you help me if I’m not using Xactimate?While our core service is Xactimate estimating, we can assist with project planning, scope formatting, and file prep in PDF or spreadsheet formats if you’re not currently using Xactimate. At this time, we do not write out estimates in any other platform.

Are your estimators licensed or certified?Yes, our estimators are experienced professionals with certifications that are industry specific and real-world knowledge of restoration work, ensuring every estimate is both accurate and practical.

How much do your estimating services cost?We offer flat-rate pricing, which makes budgeting simple and predictable. Pricing depends on job type and complexity, and all rates are displayed on our Pricing Page.

Do I need to pay upfront before receiving the deliverables?Yes. Once you make your $125 deposit from your member dashboard and we complete the estimate within 48 hours, we we will send you an invoice to your account email. You need to pay this invoice before we realease the estimate to you.

Are there discounts for bulk estimates or ongoing partnerships?Absolutely. If you submit multiple estimates per month or work with us long-term, we offer volume discounts and preferred client pricing. Contact us to learn more.

What happens if I need revisions to my estimate?We offer one free revision per estimate within 5 business days of delivery. Additional changes may be billed as outlined in our pricing policy.

How do I create an account on your website?Click “Log In” at the top of the page. You’ll be prompted to fill out your company info and verify your email. Once confirmed, you'll gain access to your personalized dashboard. Once there, we sure to fill out ALL fields and upload your company's ESX profile (A shell that includes only your company header / estimator profile, and any opening and closing's you want on each and every estimate).

Is my company’s data and uploaded files secure?Yes. We use secure, encrypted storage and all data is tied to your private member profile. Only you and our team can access your submitted files.

How do I reset my password or recover my account?Click “Forgot password” on the login page. We’ll send a secure password reset link to your registered email address.

Can I manage multiple job estimates under one company profile?Yes, submit as many job requests as you like. Our system will track them behind the scenes!

What file types can I upload for you to work with?You can upload most common file types including PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX, ESX and more. Follow the button link and instructions on the "Job request" page within your member dashboard on how to upload required project documents to us.

What happens after I submit a job request?Once submitted, we review your files and scope. If anything is missing, we’ll reach out. Otherwise, we start estimating right away and deliver the file by the stated turnaround time (48hrs. rush fee is available for an additional $65)

How will I receive my completed estimate?You’ll receive a notification once it’s ready to pay your invoice via email. Once received, we will email it over immediately.

Can I chat with an estimator during a job?Yes! There is a chat box within your member dashboard. Just enter in the same job name you set when you requested the estimate, and we will be able to reference your questions appropriately.

What if I accidentally upload the wrong document or forget one?No problem. You can upload additional files anytime before delivery. If we notice something is missing, we’ll contact you for clarification.
